Achieving Your Fitness Goal - The Vital Elements

In my experience and years of practice, I have come across 4 main elements that have a massive impact on the ability for someone to achieve their fitness goal. Whether it is to lose weight and fat or gain muscle and tone the body; If you tighten up on these 4 elements, there is no reason you can't reach your goal!

If your goal is to lose weight or fat then you'll be happy to know that you do not need to exercise day in, day out. Yes, you still need to work out. But good nutrition and eating correctly is much more important.

Unfortunately, for those of you wanting to build muscle, get toned and get ripped nutrition and diet is also much more important than the workout alone, although, to achieve your goals you can't afford to slack on the workout either!

Together, this ties in with your mental ability. Your Mental strength is the biggest factor in determining whether you reach your goal or not. This matters much more than exercise and nutrition. If you want to achieve your goal, you need to be able to stick to it, even when times get hard.

Sleep, yes, you need your sleep. This is vital to allow your body to recover and repair, especially after and hard workout session. Also, if you are not tired, you will have a stronger mental attitude towards your exercise and diet plan.
